Latitude
Our story

Coffee with a paper trail.

Latitude began with a small frustration: extraordinary coffee kept arriving anonymous — no farm, no altitude, no name. So we started buying the other way around: people first, paperwork in hand.

A coffee producer at the farm

Where it grows · Huila, Colombia

We work with a short list of farms and washing stations, visit when we can, and pay above market for the lots we love. In return we get the one thing that matters: a coffee we can stand behind, all the way back to the hillside.

Nothing here is blended into anonymity. Each bag names a single origin, a single harvest, and the way it was processed — so the cup you brew at home tastes of somewhere real.

Traceability isn't a marketing word for us. It's just how you make coffee worth the trouble.
